ZaZen combines a great blend of modalities that we truly believe are an integral part of our daily health care needs... massage, yoga, exercise, meditation, and deepening our understanding on how we can improve our heath and our happiness.
Traditional Thai Massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient wears loose clothing or athletic wear. The client lies on a comfortable mat on the floor. Incorporating yoga-like stretches, Thai massage uses a combination of rhythmic pressure and dynamic stretching techniques for a passive experience that relieves physical and emotional tension. The result is a relaxing, yet energizing experience.

Pilates is a system of exercises, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. This is a mat series of Pilates, designed to relax muscles which are tense and provide strengthening of the numerous muscles of the body.
